I didn't have my usual 3:45 class today.  I had a private lesson which didn't start until 4:00.  So I went next door to CVS to get a snack.  I almost bought a mango and walnut mix but when I read the label it had milk in it.  I have no idea where, but it was listed as an ingredient.  So cashews it was.  Cashews and water.
